Outside the building
Roof parts
The tiles have no cracks, no cement stains, the roof frame has no light gaps, leaks or distort. Painted the anti-rust and weld the joints tightly. The insulation layer is not torn or defective, and it must cover the area under the roof of the conduit system and keep electricals’ work neat. Check the skylight eaves to keep the roof closed.
Ceil parts
Check the ceiling tiles. Joints, cracks, water stains, ceiling tiles. Whether the nail head is even to the ceiling and the paint.
Wall parts
The wall is smooth and even without cracks, spots, color unevenness, and straight corners without cracks. The wall is not damaged, and the plaster on the outer wall must be wiped to the end of the surface. If there is work on the wall tiles, they must not be cracked or broken to ensure there is no missing construction material on the wall.
Tiles work
